Well you see, everything has a value. Therefore, it does in fact have a value. Even a aluminum can has a value. Even a broken pot has a value. You see, nomatter if the value is nothing, or 1,000,000,000,000$ it still has a value in one way

It is not possible to assess the value of a work of art until it is up for sale. It is also not possible to determine the value of a piece of art in this online format, especially an unsigned painting. Many factors determine the value of art. The best option is to have the piece appraised.

The value of a Rosina bone chine cup and saucer is between $15 and $50 USD. A set of a cup and saucer have more value than a single piece, but a collection of cups and saucers has the most value.
Im not sure of the value....however I love dragons, if you are interested in selling the peice, I would be willing to pay 10$ plus shipping for it. The Japanese cups and saucers usually range in price from 3$-15$.
If by "big" you mean something about 100 mm across, it's NOT a coin - it's a modern novelty item that sells for a few bucks. I have one in my office that I use as a coaster. After all, what sense would it have made, even 130 years ago, for coins to be the size of saucers?
I just paid 149.00 U.S. for a tea set including 5 cups and saucers, bread and butter plates, and a creamer and sugar. (I'm assuming one of the cups was broken). My mom received this set as a wedding gift in the 60s so it has sentimental value to me. I don't think it's highly collectible as the prices are still pretty reasonable on ebay, but like I said, for me it has sentimental value.
