The monetary value of a painting can not be determined until it is up for auction. This is the most famous painting in the Rijksmuseum Museum and it is doubtful it will ever be up for sale. Another way to determine monetary value is to look at recent auction prices for similar works by Rembrandt.

Fortune lamps were not a well known company in the 1960's and never became mainstream. What's interesting about there lamps is they are really nice pieces of art work that are just starting to become collectable depending on which lamp you have dictates the value. Most of these lamps sell for between $100 to $400 but some have went as high as $1600. If you would like to enclose a picture I can tell you a approximate value. These lamps were 1st made in the late 1950's so yours is a few years old.
