Regular craft enamel and acrylic paints work reasonably well on glass. If you are afraid of the paint washing or chipping off, you can buy diamond sandpaper that will help the paint grip the glass without leaving scratches on the glass, or you can buy a spray.
For a better look, easier application, and amazing results, there are craft paints designed specifically for glass application. These paints have a consistency designed for easy application and a range of translucency from clear to completely opaque. They also have varying textures available, to closely resemble actual stained glass.
Hobby stores like Michaels

Well, If it is called "Mirror Paint" I'm pretty sure that you can put it on there, if normal paint then i would recommend painting the frame instead of the mirror there is Glass Paint which i recommend you use instead.
If you are removing drips, it is fairly straight forward. Most hardware stores carry a little something called a paint scraper. It is a metal (or plastic) handle with a single edged razor in it. Gently slide the blade (at a flat angle) along the surface of the glass of the mirror and scrape of the drips. If you have completely covered the mirror with chalkboard paint, my suggestion is to buy another mirror. The time, effort, and frustration of removing that much paint is not worth what it will cost for the mirror.
Just add as much glue to the paint as necessary. The glue will change the opaque-ness of the colour.
Rustoleum makes a durable whiteboard paint, however, it may require a coat of a primer that adheres to glass firs.
yes
You can try Krylon Looking Glass Mirror-Like paint or silver spray paint.

Yes, mirrors can be painted, but it is not recommended. The reflective surface of a mirror is typically made of a thin layer of metal, such as aluminum or silver, which allows light to be reflected. Painting over this reflective surface can degrade the mirror's reflective properties and result in a distorted or cloudy reflection. It is best to use specialized mirror paint or coatings if you want to change the appearance of a mirror.
because the glass used to make a mirror is green but then covered in a layer of silver therefore when you look down a mirror tunnel it will get dimmer and greener revealing the green glass behind the paint.
Just add as much glue to the paint as necessary. The glue will change the opaque-ness of the colour.
You can use any kind of glass to make a mirror - clear or colored, soda-lime or borosilicate, float glass or blown glass. Most mirrors are made out of float glass (standard window glass) coated with a layer of silver. The silver is protected by a layer of paint. Some manufacturers add a layer of copper between the silver and the paint to protect the silver from tarnishing. White metals like silver and aluminum reflect all the colors of light. You can also make a mirror with other metals, such as gold, copper or lead sulfide. Some telescopes and dental mirror are made with a layer of aluminum "sputtered" onto the front of the glass. You can see yourself in a mirror because the light rays that bounce off your face (or any object) bounce back to your eye when they hit the layer of metal instead of passing through as they do with transparent glass.

To paint glass to look like stained glass, you can use special glass paints that are transparent and vibrant in color. Start by cleaning the glass surface thoroughly and then apply the paint in multiple layers to create a stained glass effect. You can also use leading strips to outline the design and add detail. Allow the paint to dry completely before displaying your painted glass.
For painting on glass, use glass paint or enamel paint specifically designed for glass surfaces. These paints are durable, waterproof, and will not wash off glass surfaces even with exposure to water or soap. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for application and curing to ensure it adheres properly to the glass.
Depending on what you want to accomplish, either faux stained glass paint, or any commercial paint formulated for glass. Craft stores sell many brands of both
Any brand of paint designed for use on glass. The texture is similar.
