This is good! If your in shape you'll find that your overall heart rate is much lower which is much healthier for you. The only downside of this is that when you get up from sitting/laying down you can get a little light headed.
It is a little too high. However, it would depend on how you took your resting heart rate. In order to gain accuracy, I would suggest upon waking up kick your legs out of bed (do not get up) and take your heart rate for 60 seconds over the period of 3 consecutive mornings and average them.
