There are many adjectives that you could use to describe a superhero. You might use words such as strong, fast, helpful, courageous, mighty, powerful, etc.

This is a typical question you will get in a job interview. You have to think of some time in your previous work where you have been the leader of a team. It might be a team of volunteers, or a team of Scouts, or a team in the workforce. Then you have to tell how you led them, that is, tell of a situation when they had to act together to achieve something, and you gave them advice, or direction, and they did the job successfully.

By accepting reviews on a design project, whether in digital or physical medium, a designer can take critique/feedback on their project. This critique/feedback can possibly affect the designer opinion of what looks good, and then the designer can work on the project to reach what they would consider an improvement. still this might not be seen as an improvement to others, at which point we get into a philosophical discussion on who's point of view is correct. No one can answer that question so lets not try to.
