GOOD artists copy, GREAT artists steal
The Girls of Avignon; Weeping Woman; Guernica.
We cannot say exactly how many, but he sold most of what he painted.
It is Guernica, his work depicting the atrocities of war that is cited as most notable by some sources, and is arguably one of the most discussed of his paintings, partly due to the political aspect of the work. The painting 'Guernica' is one of Picasso's great Masterpieces. The nature of 'Famous' is a changing thing which makes it difficult to define with art.
No one knows how long it took Picasso to paint the weeping woman but most people say it took him around 5 to 6 weeks!Addition:I only wonder who most people are who know this for a fact.
I really dont know art...so I would say Pablo Picasso, or Mona Lisa.lol
He could not say why. He just said he had to.
The Girls of Avignon; Weeping Woman; Guernica.
Dozens of his paintings are very famous. If you mean his most famous work (why don't you say so?) there are a few to choose from. To name just one:Guernica, painted in 1937.
If you mean Picasso you should say so! He was near professional at the age of 15.
I have to say Les demoiselles d'Avignon, although it is not exactly a cubist painting but the starting point of cubism.

'Les Demoiselles D'Avignon' by Pablo Picasso 1907. But some say it is a step towards Cubism, not a truly cubist painting.
Many would say Pablo Picasso but Georges Braque is also credited, both in the early part of the 20th century.

You can say "apreciado pablo" but if pablo is your friend, familiar, or a near person, then you can say "querido pablo". "Apreciado" could be a polite greeting "querido", can have an emotional meaning
