You have motor area in front of the central sulcus. You have sensory area behind the central sulcus. So in this type of bleeding the sensory area is not affected.
Juicy, greasy, things like that
Sensory words are any words which describe the senses and as such, it would be up to the writer/reader to determine if they are being used figuratively in a sentence/line. For instance, the strawberry was sweet. Sweet is a sensory word (taste). He was sweet on her. "Sweet on" is an idiom which figuratively means "he likes her".
very scary
In sensory imagery, you would find descriptive words that appeal to the five senses: sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. These words can be adjectives, adverbs, or even onomatopoeias that create vivid images and sensations in the reader's mind.
Just look to the Rolling Stones lyric.
Sensory words, or imagery, are just a fancy way of saying adjectives. The only difference is that the sensory words are describing the noun to appeal to your senses (smell, touch, hearing, taste, and sight). Think of what a Siberian tiger looks like. It would probably have soft fur that tickles your nose and finger tips. It would also smell like a zoo, but look like a wild, dangerous beast sent down from the heavens to wreak havoc among the unethical mortals. It would roar loudly and fierce enough to burst your eardrums, make your blood curdle, and paralyze you with fear. It could also purr, a soft buzzing noise in your ears that makes you want to turn around and cuddle with it. It would probably taste bad if you licked it, maybe like chicken or steak if you cooked it. See what I'm getting at?
