I read on a site that it cuts the Opponent into pieces but I think it just lets the opponent bleed a lot... like when u shoot a monster from a distance with a shotgun... I think it's that kind of damage.

it will sometimes just shut off for all people who are on the site. just give it a day and it should be working again. i think it has something to do with the creators of the site making changes.
