Women where being discriminated because they they didn't have right to vote. They had to fight for their freedom. Men would work and do every thing the same amount as women and still men get more than women. it was tragic.

No you don't. You just need to know what you are standing for. You can be a democrate or a republician and you believe what you wish. But you don't have to be a decocrate to vote in a democratic election. You have the right to vote no matter what you believe so take advantage of it!

The suffragists were members of the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies (NUWSS) and were lead by Millicent Garrett Fawcett during the height of the suffrage movement, 1890 – 1919. They campaigned for votes for middle-class, property-owning women and believed in peaceful protest.
