Well honey, Cleopatra didn't exactly pick up a hammer and nails herself. She was more into ruling Egypt and seducing powerful men. But hey, she did commission some pretty impressive stuff like the Temple of Dendera and the Caesarion Temple in honor of her son with Julius Caesar. So, while she may not have been a builder herself, she definitely knew how to get things done.

Recently the palace complex of Cleopatra last queen of Egypt was discovered in the bay outside Alexandria Egypt 21 ft under the sea by Franck Goddio and his team. The area appears to have suffered an earthquake sometime ofter Cleopatra's death which may have caused the whole harbour area to descend below the waves. Like most Egyptian Pharaoh's Cleopatra used buildings and monuments as propaganda. A favourite way of self promotion was to have inscriptions made on temples. There are existing statues, and coins bearing her image, but the largest dedication to Cleopatra VII is at Dendra temple where her image is same 30ft high. She didn't built the temple it was built by her Ptolemaic predecessors by she remodeled it. Perhaps it was cheaper to redecorate than to rebuild? Unfortunately Cleopatra's needle in America and London was built by Thutmosis III and not by Cleopatra VII though again her cartouche has been added to it at a later date. "Cleopatra and Her Lion" is a painting by the French artist Jean-Leon Gerome, created in 1885. The artwork depicts the Egyptian queen Cleopatra VII with a lion, symbolizing her power and allure. Gerome was known for his detailed and dramatic historical scenes, often drawing inspiration from ancient history and mythology. This particular piece reflects his interest in the exoticism of ancient Egypt.

Caesar did absolutely no building for Cleopatra.
There were no significant structures built for Cleopatra. She was not known as a builder. However she did build a temple to Julius Caesar and finished a temple to Hathor that her father had begun. The only other structure was her own tomb which was unfinished at her death.

No, Cleopatra did not build Julius Caesar's temple. The temple, known as the Temple of Caesar, was constructed in Rome after Caesar's assassination in 44 BC to honor him. It was commissioned by the Roman Senate, and while Cleopatra had a close relationship with Caesar, she was not involved in the temple's construction.
There were no significant structures built during Cleopatra's reign. She constructed a temple to Julius Caesar and a maternity ward at the temple of Hathor and a boat landing. That's all. She began her tomb but it was unfinished at her death.
She made lovers to rule the Mediterranean and build an empire.
