1.Sun's gravitational force due which it revolves around the Sun.
2.Earth's gravitational force which keep its Rotation/wobble around it's own axis.
3.Interplanetary and natural satellites gravitational forces which keeps the motion of universe in round shape as earth.
:)
The main thing is gravity which makes the Earth more or less spherical.
The Earth has a small "bulge" at the equator because of its rotation.
I suppose this question might be about what things affect the shape
of the Earth's surface.
In that case it's things such as tectonic plate movement, volcanic activity,
wind and water, etc.
I'm not too good at this, but I will try my hardest to explain.
Many forces act as the earth spins and orbits our sun, but closer in the moon orbits the earth. The earth not only pulls on the moon, but the moon pulls on the earth slightly, water is affected more as it flows and this is how tide changes are usually caused.
Then there is the spin of the earth, the spin of earth is perfect, but any faster and it would cause a sort of an oval shape due to the centrifugal forces acting on the planet.
If you get a small sphere and polish it as smooth as you can, if you enlarge it to the scale of earth, the ball you polished would have hills and trenches as deep and high 20 to 40 meters, and this done with diamond polish.
Oh, and if a meteor or asteroid strikes, this could change that part of earth.
Did you know that when China finished building its dam, water level rose and the earth gained time by (if I remember correctly) 0.00002 seconds.
In a nearly insignificant way.
They both have to do with nature and the things that affect/change it such as erosion and weathering.
Earth's shape is oblate spheroid.
If you want to see Earth as a whole, a globe (or 3-D model) is the most accurate representation because the Earth's shape is spherical. Since a flat map cannot accurately take the shape of the round globe some of the things on the map can appear distorted in shape, and can make some land masses appear larger than others when they are not.
Sphere
The earth's layer affect living things. They can alter their DNA's.
earth's shape is influenced by gravity because gravity will pull the objects in space together forming a sphere
In a nearly insignificant way.

earth and space science
yes maggots do affect things because they are the most deadliest thing living on earth.
global warming
The depth of the water and the shape of the coastline can affect the tides on Earth. Another variable is the configuration of the ocean basins.
because all things in our life affect each other
The tilt of the earth causes the sun to hit certain areas.
wind, water, animals
by wars and things like that
