glass with powder coating
Borosilicate glass is used in standard incadescent light bulbs. The exact constituents of light bulbs will vary based on the properties desired, but Borosilicate is the usual primary component due to it's ability to resist thermal shock. Halogen light bulbs will typically use fused silica(quartz) or Aluminosilicate glass.
Light bulbs have always used watts.
Generally, tungsten.

Sylvania bulbs are related to plant growing, but in the sense that they are light bulbs used for growing plants rather than a type of bulb which you plant and grow.
Light is not used in light bulbs; light is created in light bulbs. From Edison to the invention of solid state devices, light bulbs were mostly incandescent. They made light by running electricity through a tungsten filament inside a glass bulb with the air removed. The filament got very very hot and emitted light waves (photons). The lack of air (oxygen) preserved the filament from burning up. The efficiency was atrocious, but they made light.
Incandescent light bulbs are the most common type of light bulb in the average home. Chances are, if you look up, you'll see one. They're used for just about everything. N.B.: The light bulbs that look like long tube are fluorescent, not incandescent.
Argon(or nitrogen) and tungsten are used in incandescent light bulbs.
