I assume you mean the gifts Zeus gave Artemis on her third birthday. They are:

1. To be a virgin forever.

2. A silver (or gold) bow and arrows forged by the cyclops.

3. To be dressed in a short tunic so her legs would be free to run.

4. All the mountains to be her domain.

5. A fleet of 60 nymphs to be her hunting companions.

6. A pack of hounds to hunt with.

There are a great many reasons the Greeks wanted the goddess Artemis - hence her survival to today's knowledge. She was both a healer of women, their protector, and when sudden death or sickness struck them she to was to whom they had to appeal. She was a goddess of pregnant women and maiden girls until marriage. She wad the goddess of the hunt, and of the wilderness and wild animals. She was a virgin goddess, so appealed to no male for permission for her doings though she aided and harmed of her own whim. She was goddess of the moon.
