In my opinion he wanted his work to be bright by using dark colours.
He would use blacks, blues and dark greens, mix them in with the odd bright yellow here and there, creating a bold and clear paintings.
Friedensreich wasn't just an artist. He was a very skilled archaeologist as well.

Harry Rand is asking Hundertwasser the same question for his book "Hundertwasser". Hundertwasser argues that he did not feel comfortable with the marriage even before the wedding had taken place. ;-) When he was 25 years old he got to know a 16 year old austrian-italian girl named Herta Leitner. Even though he liked the girl he was not very happy when she begged him to marry her. He said: Ok when we reach Gibraltar we'll marry, and then tried to delay their journey. Finally they reached Gibraltar and the girl blackmailed Hundertwasser by threatening him with committing suicide in case he wouldn't become her husband. Hundertwasser was not willing to take that risk and so they became a couple. The joint time, however, must have been a horror trip due to Hundertwasser, as Herta was deeply influenced by her Nazi-parents. So she came up with lots of stupid prejudices against jews (as Hundertwasser was one) for example she bought onions instead of fruits as a snack, because she heard that jews always eat onions as a snack. It is not very suprising that Hundertwasser wanted to unwind the relation as soon as possible. For the sake of truth it is fair to say that this is only Hundertwassers point of view, maybe she wasn't as impossible as he states.
There is a unique code for each one so if i gave you one it wouldn't work.
