If the paint dries it will, but if it is NOT dry you can remove it with hot water
I can't verify this info, but a Hm Depot paint dept worker said:use up to 1/4 pint (4fl oz) of water for water based stain per quart- or paint thinner/mineral spirits for oil-based stain
No Stain is applied to wood before any sort of sealer stain enhances the color of wood to bring out grain different densities of wood absorb the stain at different rates paint, varnish, lacquer seal out water after a stain is applied. Lately stain is hard to find the one step idea stain, sealer, clearcoat all in one is the norm the results are so much inferior i have no idea how they can sell that junk. perhaps that is why you can find so much nice furniture on trash day
Scrape off as must excess paint as you can with a Kitchen knife, or a similar tool. Make a solution of soapy water, using a cup of warm water, add a squirt of washing up liquid, making sure it does not contain bleach. Using a cloth or sponge - dip it in the solution and dab the stain. Working from the outside in. If the paint does not start to dissolve in the soapy water then you may need to soak the stain for a few minutes. When you have started to dissolve some of the paint then use a tissue to blot up the paint filled fluid that you are creating. You can also use a little clean water to help be sure to get up all the coloured paint.
yes, you can thin paint to use like stain. just thin with what ever you would clean it with. waterbase paint use water. oil base paints use thinner.
Removing stains depends on the type of stain. I encourage you to search for instructions on removing the specific type of stain, but the following instructions should do for an unknown stain. Start by blotting up or scrapping off as much of the stain as possible. Then rinse the stain in cool water and pretreat it. Wash the shirt on a cool water cycle.

It is highly recommended to treat the lipstick stain as soon as possible. Apply a before wash stain remover and rinse the shirt in warm water, being careful not to rub the stain.
How you can get a wood stain out of a white t-shirt depends on whether the stain is oil or water-based. For oil-based wood stains, use mineral spirits and for water-based wood stains, use acetone. Blot the stain from the edges and work your way in towards the middle but do not rub. Wash the t-shirt on a hot laundry cycle, between 60 and 90 degrees.

yes, but luckily, it comes out pretty easily.
To get the oil out , put baby powder on it, let it soak up the oil, shake off excess, ( this works best when stain is fresh, and wont work on silk) then launder in machine but pre- treat with a stain remover first. Machine wash it at the highest temperature allowed. for the shirt. Put bleach on it if its a white shirt that can take bleach. before machine washing.
Oxiclean can remove many chemicals and substances from clothing. One can clean a nasty stain out of a girls shirt with Oxiclean. Fill a sink with warm water and add a scoop of Oxiclean and let the shirt rest for an hour or more. Once done, wash and launder the shirt, and it will be clean.
Mommy was a hero! My son's shirt had both water-based paint and oil-based wood stain on it!! Mineral spirits worked wonderfully to remove oil-based wood stain from it -- a 100% polyester futbol jersey (Barcelona). It also had water-based paint on it that had dried but was only about 2 hours old. I chose to use the mineral spirits first to treat the wood stain by simply pouring a little on each spot and let it sit or apply more until it faded. I then washed in cold with regular laundry detergent. I then went to work on the paint by scrubbing with an abrasive soap bar I have (called hog wash) that is for scrubbing stains. Using that and warm-hot water, the paint came out too. One more wash as normal and you can't tell it was ever stained!!! I bet an abrasive soap like Lava could work?? Good luck.
No. The tile resisist a water line stain. While paint does not.

Removing stains depends more on the type of stain than on the fabric. I encourage you to ask about how to remove your specific stain, but the following instructions work for an unknown stain. Rinse the stain thoroughly in cool water and use a pretreatment. Wash the shirt on a cold cycle.
