Nazis transported the Jews by train mostly.
The Nazis believed many, often contradictory, things about the Jews. One of the Nazis' favourite themes was that the Jews and the Germans were locked in some mysterious struggle for domination of Germany, Europe, even the world!
the Nazis would kill them

This question is odd. It is formulated in a way that suggests there was an actual war between 'the Jews' and the Nazis. There was the Holocaust, in which the Nazis murdered about 6 million harmless and defenceless Jews. That began in late 1941/early 1942. The idea that there was an actual war between Jews and Nazis is false.
Nazis transported the Jews by train mostly.
Nazis arrived after Jews.
Nazis and Jews are not alike in any way. Those people who say or believe that Nazis and Jews are alike are not only wrong, they are intolerant and bigoted. Nazis, the followers of Adolph Hitler, discriminated against Jews, and murdered or tortured many Jews in the Holocaust. Ask any Holocaust survivor, and they will tell you how the Nazis harmed the Jews. They will also tell you that Jews are not Nazis, and are not like the Nazis in any way.
They use guns and torture to control the Jews. If the Jews did not cooperate, they were shot and killed, their homes invaded and destroyed. Because the Nazis deprived the Jews of their weapons and protection, they could horde the Jews to concentration camps. The Jews could not fight back because they had no weapons and would be killed before they got their hands on the Nazi soldier. Outposts were set up and it was frequent that the Nazis patrolled the streets of Warsaw and other Jewish areas. The Jews were under Nazi governing and rules that regulated only to Jews. If a non-Jew noticed a Jew was disobeying the Nazi law, like sitting on a non-Jew bench, the Jew will be reported. Punishments include whipping, caning, deprivation of basic needs, or death. (Hanging, gas chamber, knife, gun, etc...) The Jews were afraid of their life. Some were rebellious and were killed by the Nazis or non-Jews. However, the Nazis did hire Jews to assault Jews. These Jewish traitors kept control in small provinces, but did some of the Nazis' dirty work. These Jewish traitors carry clubs and clubbed other Jews if they felt like it, or if the Jew was doing something that went against the Nazi laws.
The Nazis 'sent the Jews away' in order to use some of them as slave labour and to kill them.
In order to use them as slave labour and/or to kill them.
They were intreged witht the human body.
The "final" solution.
The Nazis and Hitler committed genocide on the European Jews.
The Nazis did what they did to the Jews
He blamed Jews for Germany's problems and encouraged Germans to join the Nazis in attacking Jews.
Possibly by using improvised, home-made weapons, but very few Nazi soldiers were killed by Jews. Raul Hilberg estimates a total of at most 300 Nazis killed by Jews.
