Dali's main subject matter was mainly landscapes and one of his most famous landscapes were "THE PERSISTENCE OF MEMORY". he portrays himself as a figure in the foreground with a insect like thing that seems to be his eye lash. he shows this as a time box/period and shows even time in limited to slack away very slowly. :)
