There's no doubt that you have a bare wire somewhere and every once in awhile it grounds against a bare piece of metal and the stereo won't work and your power windows either. The solution to this would be to go to a special garage that handles only electrical problems in cars, as they have the equipment to find a bad ground or a short.

BAD GROUND CONNECT I had the same problem in my 2006, It was a faulty ground wire - a RING LOOP conector that had somehow broke. Open the rear tail gate and remove the right side trim piece (that has the speaker in it - running from the side of the truck to the the top of the truck, look and see if you have any loose wiring back there.
Any window treatment will collect dust to some degree, and unfortunately will need to be cleaned periodically.
To install a new window regulator on a MGRZ driver's door, remove the door panel and the wiring attached to the power window mechanism. Remove stereo speaker from the inside door and the window glass. Remove the old window regulator and replace with new.

there will be roughly 4 screws on the dash, 2 by the guage window and 2 by the radio/ heat controls. after removing pop out the dash. you will have to lower the steering collum, after the dash is off you have 4 screws holding the stereo in place.

Likely there is a problem with the window switches contacts being dirty or worn. There could be a problem with the supply voltage from other sources being less than adequate.
If you have an accident while cranking open a passenger side window, then you were not safely operating the vehicle and/or could be considered driving while distracted. Laws don't have to be so specific to state each condition that would apply.
Car stereo antenna is embedded into the rear left window. If you find windows with ventilation, make sure they have the antenna.
Roll down the side window and look around the hood.
