We all die.
Because it's known as 'The Pacific ring of fire' simply because volcanoes have erupted around every area included in the ring. This is where the two tectonic plates collide which forces the ground above, up. You wouldn't want to live around a bundle of volcanoes now would you?
Many people will die. 40% of all people in auckland do not have survival kits. say a volcano erupted lots of people will be unprepared.
To the north dirction of it
You would die.
* No Sweden does not get tsunamis. * No Sweden does not have any live volcanoes to get volcano eruptions, closest volcanoes would be the once in the Eifel volcanic fields in Germany. * Yes Sweden do get earthquakes from time to time, but powerful earthquakes are very rare in Sweden, which lies on a thick and cold crust.
No volcanoes in Texas.
almost the whole world will be filled with lava and ashes.
Not much; this would mean no more landforms would be built on the ocean. Ex: Islands. There would be less damage if there were some to erupt on land.
what would do you if volcano erupted in your city
The structure known as a "supervolcano" does not erupt as the explosive (Plinian) type does. Supervolcanoes are very large, but tend to form lava plains instead of cones. They might, however, blanket entire continents with ash clouds if they erupted. But many of these volcanoes are long dormant and indications would be seen months if not years in advance.
This sounds a very bad idea, volcanoes erupt sometimes and would spew it out again. Even volcanoes that have not erupted for many years may do within the lifetime of the nuclear activity of the waste
If we didn't have volcanoes we wouldn't have any new landforms or islands.
An Active volcano is one that has erupted at least once in the past 15,20years.An Extinct volcano has not erupted within the past 15,20 years.A Dormant volcano is an Active volcano that is not currently erupting but can erupt anytime.
it would solidify and make new land
everyone would die!:(
earthquakes and volcanoes
Cebu is a free volcanoe island but it is lying not far from the steep volcanoes underwater along bohol - camiguin straight and cebu leyte straight. One underwater volcanoe that erupted in 1952 is named didicas volcanoe. We do not fear of volcanoes but we fear tsunamis to happen when one of these steep volcanoes would erupt.
