when quarks will collide it just pass each other as ray light pass other light or another question may be asked what will happen when two ill collide. its real answer is that if quark will be at rest then it will release energy equal to e=mc^2 but in motion is take physics laws under question.

Why did the earthquake in los angeles happen?

the two tetonic plates collided and made a earthquake

What does a Quark make?

Quarks are constituents of a family of composite particles - hadrons, which includes baryons with three quarks (like nucleons like the proton familiar to atomic theory); or mesons made up of two quarks. So, if you were to pick any member of these groups it would be safe to say, it's made of quarks. One curiosity about quarks is that they aren't found alone. If you were able to pull a pair of quarks apart, the amount of energy it would take to do so would create another one.

What would happen if mars collided with earth?

It would ruin your whole day. Celestial mechanics makes this a non-existant threat, though, so you are relatively save. The collision of the two planets would destroy all life on earth and create a much larger planet, since the speed of collision would probably not allow for much to reach escape velocity.

People would bump into each other and jostle each other, and hopefully laugh about it.

What would happen if two neutron stars collided?

In all probability - not that this scenario would happen - but the resulting combination of masses, would push the combined "stars" over the Chandrasekhar limit and a black hole would form.

Everyone will die, and the world will implode. But if one Weegee is unstable, both their heads will explode, in a massive and sickening mess.

What are the names of the types of quarks in protons and neutrons?

Protons and neutrons are composite particles make up of up and down quarks. There are two up quarks and one down quark in a proton, and two down quarks and an up quark in a neutron.

How many up quarks and down quarks do protons have?

A proton is made up of two up quarks and one down quark.

What are the quarks found in protons and neutrons?

Protons contain two up quarks and one down quark, while a neutron contains two down quarks and one up quark.

What would happen if two opposite winds collided?

This happens at a large scale all the time, in a low pressure system. The wind converges and is forced upward, causing the air to cool and condense and create clouds/precipitation.

Two common quarks are called up with a charge of 23 and down with a charge of -13 protons are made up of 3 quarks How many of each quark would make a proton?

The proton has two up (electrical charge +1/3) quarks and one down (electrical charge -1/3) quark.
