If the human body had no heart no blood would be sent to the organs or extremities. Your body would have no way of transporting oxygen, your blood would clot, and you would eventually die.

if you didnt have a heart then blood wouldn't be pumping through your veins the very second hence you would be dead
You would die. The heart is necessary to pump blood and oxygen to the brain. Without oxygen the brain would shut off.

If your heart stops working you have a choice to have surgery and have a chance of living or you can have them live their lives on a air machine or you can just let them go easy and let them die so it matters.

Yes and no. It is possible to live without a heart as long as you are connected to a heart-lung machine in the hospital. It would not be possible (for now) to live in normal society without a (artificial) heart.

You arterial-venous system transports oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body. The human body would quickly starve/suffocate without the arteries. Without an arterial-venous system or something similar, only the cells in a multi-celled organism with direct exposure to nutrients would survive. Mold, for example will grow in long multi cell strands with all individual cells exposed to nutrients.

Then the heart cannot pump the blood to the lungs, leading to death. If however, the blood comes through the vena cava then there shouldn't be much of a problem.

The blood cells will not be carried throughout your body. Red blood cells carry oxygen to your other cells. Without oxygen, cellular respiration won't take place, and you will die.
