The International Space Station is still undergoing construction. Started in 1998, it won't be completed until at least 2011. It is currently 81% complete, enough for it to be habitable and operational.
When it is completed, it will transport and help people get to planets for example if a probe is going to mars its going to stop and prepare for the trip and other stuff.
The International Space Station orbits Earth every 90 minutes. So 24/1.5 = 16 times per day times 365 = 5,840 times per year.
Space probe is a station.
Logically, if there was a secret space station, no one - we - wouldn't know about it.It's highly unlikely that there is one because all the necessary maintenance, rocket launches on a scale required for space station wouldn't go unnoticed. Also, space station would be clearly visible for amateur astronomers all over the world.
A space station
It is hoped to be completed in 2010.
The ISS is expected to be completed by 2011.
International space station
I don't think there are any plans for another space station.
