During the ten years of his career Van Gogh lived in the following places: Borinage (Belgium), and then moved to The Netherlands where he subsequently lived in Etten, The Hague, Drenthe and Nuenen. He then moved via Antwerp (Belgium) to France where he lived in Paris, Arles, Saint-Remy and he died in Auvers.
In 1882 Vincent moved into a small studio in The Hague with a pregnant prostitute, Clasina Maria Hoornik ( Sien ) and her five year old daughter. This was the only girlfriend he ever had. When he cut his ear in Arles in 1889 he did not have a girlfriend.
For a short time he lived with a prostitute in the Hague. She was called Sien. In Arles he shared an apartment with his colleague, Paul Gauguin. This was not the kind of 'live with' I think you mean.
When Vincent had moved to Arles in 1888 he sketched his room in a letter to his brother Theo, to show how comfortable it was. Satisfied with it, he also made an oil painting of it. At the hospital of Saint-Rémy in 1889 he made two similar oil paintings, probably as a souvenir of better times. One of these is in Chicago. The other one (and the one of 1888) in Amsterdam.
Van Gogh traveled from place to place and didn't call anywhere his home town. He was born in the Netherlands, but lived in Paris, Arles, and other locations in France for most of his life as an active painter and artist.
Not really. In France he moved from Paris to Arles, then to Saint-Rémy, then to Auvers.
He worked at an art dealer's in London, was later a preacher in Holland and Belgium. Moved to Paris, from there to Arles and Auvers in France.
Not much, unfortunately. Vincent persuaded Gauguin to come and settle with him in Arles, France. But it was soon evident that they were incompatible. So Gauguin moved out again after 3 months.
In February of 1888, Vincent Van Gogh moved to Arles, France where he hoped to start a school of art. It was during his time in Arles in 1888 that Van Gogh painted his sunflower paintings. Toward the end of 1888 Van Gogh traveled to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence where he committed himself to an asylum.

Van Gogh moved to Paris for a time and then to Arles in the South of France before commiting himself into an aslyum. He encountered the impressionist (such as Manet and Seurat) and copied their technique of painting before moving to Arles and creating his own style. The people of Arles hated him and they signed a petition and presented it to the Mayor of the town saying that they wanted him to leave or be put in an asylum (this was after he cut off his own ear and presented it to a prostitute).
