There is no paint that won't wear off soon in this application. The best you could get would be an epoxy paint,and even that won't last long. -That's why they do floors with tile !

As far as i know, in the Construction industry the "Builder Floor Apartment" have maximum 3 - 4 floors in the building where as the "Multistorey Apartment" as the name suggest have multiple floors Ex 7 - 10 - 14 - 20 floors etc.
It can be relatively safe, but some other room or hallway without exterior walls would probably be safer. Also, if your apartment is on an upper floor you may want to go to one of the lower floors if a tornado threatens.

tidy up first then you don't have to clean round any mess! Dust all surfaces, wash any dishes etc and put them away, vacuum the floors and mop them if needed (woods or vinyl floors). Clean the bathroom. You can clean the windows and mirrors if you're really keen!

Bruce hardwood floors are good in kitchens, but not as good as tile floors, which are resistant to stains and burns.
You can use hardwood floors in your bathroom however it is not recommended. Generally, the bathroom tends to collect alot of moisture which can be damaging to the floor.
