When preparing a house for painting it is best to remove all flaking peeling or checked paint. You want to remove the imperfect surface until you achieve a a smooth ground. This also means sanding areas where chunks have fallen, or peeled off in order to eliminate the visible transitions.
If you expose the base surface (wood or other) you should prime that area to seal the exposed surface.
A Wiley Miller did paint fish in oil, as original covers for Fishing Facys Magazine. I believe...soI was told. I have an original painting signed by Wiley Miller, but do not know if it is the same as the comic strip author. What have you learned?
You can try to remove chalk paint from wood using mineral spirits. Paint remover may also work, but it may strip the paint.
Industrial Painters apply paint, varnishes and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces. Industrial Painters work primarily in the construction and manufacturing, painting structures or industrial commodities.
For your painting project to see good results you should apply a coat of primer/sealer to the stained trim boards before applying the paint. Commonly used stains are oil base. Common paints are water base. The two do not work together. So seal the stain with a water base sealer and when it dries you can apply any kind of paint to it you desire.
yes. However, you cannot use an oil base paint over a latex primer. If you change your mind on the paint, you must strip the paint before you use an oil based paint on the primer.
Stripping and painting can make a big difference in the appearance of your house. The surface preparation is the most important part of painting. Some times you will have to strip the old paint and other times a good cleaning will do the trick, while leaving the old paint or finish as a base for repainting your house.

You don't have to wait at all, but the paint should be completely dry. You don't want fibers getting stuck in the paint, particularly if it is a contrasting color. I would also be concerned about possible damage to the paint surface. The back of a new carpet is some nasty rough stuff that will strip off paint and skin faster than a grinder!
the only thing bologna will strip is the insides of your intestines if u eat it.
Only if it has extreme garlic content !
some who strip ,paint and repair cars
Being a father of 5, I would not suggest ANY chemical. It can wait till Spring where the house can be well ventilated. KEVIN Stripping wallpaper can be done if you are using a steam stripper, and similarly you can use water based paints. I agree with Kevin about the chemicals though, and if using a sander to strip paint always wear the correct facemask. If you live in an old house you should check than any paintwork is lead free, and if you have leaded paint get it removed by a professional.

For a monochromatic look, use a yellow of the same colour family (you will find them on the same paint strip as the Babouche) either darker or lighter as you find most pleasing. For something a little different try a pale green or blue as contrast.
