you can get them by finding rare heartless (wich are at land of dragons,underworld,beast castle, and port royal) you need to wait for the prime capsule for it to show up (i also recomend to use all 7 lucky lucky)
but if you are talking about oricachum + well they can be found by completing worlds,from chests and by completing worlds
