Where can you buy an everstone in heart gold?

You cannot buy an Everstone.

There are three different ways to get it in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver:

1) Show Prof. Elm a Togepi.

2) As a second-place prize in the Bug Catching Contest.

3) Show Bill's grandfather a Jigglypuff in Pokemon HeartGold or a Lickitung in Pokemon SoulSilver.

You can't. You can find some by using the Dowsing Machine or by finding one attached to wild Geodude and Graveler. You also have the option of importing some from Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum after receiving the national dex as well.

Enter the pokeathelon and get points 2500 tobe exact, and there will be stones you can buy. But, you can buy only one each day, and if you buy one stone you can never buy it again.
