Where do you find meowth in pokemon heart gold?

go to cerulean city (in kanto region)go by the brige and surf on the water to get to a cave you have to earn all you gym badges to enter and if you search enough you will find meowth at level 80.

if your trying to catch meowth a ultra pokeball wont work

p.s.(to get to kanto region you have to go to olivine city pier)

that's mewtwo, you have to import meowth from any other game. what i dont get is why do they put meoth and persian on the pokedex, when you cant get them!

You cannot find Mew in Pokémon HeartGold.
Mew is only available by Pokemon Events. It could not be caught in the wild.
you can't . you have to use mystery gift
you have to transfer through pal park in fuchia city or trade or cheat/hack
U can get it in the cave ware mewtwo some ware in it

Route 6: At Route 6, Meowth will be at Level 14 in the Day, and 13 in the Night.
