Where do you get dratini in Pokemon HeartGold?

After beating the last gym leader she won't give you the badge until the dude behind the gym says your worthy once she give you the badge and the TM Dragon pulse go back to the dragons den and talk to them then you should get it if you don't well you must have not done something wrong (i got it just as i was writing this so i know it works and before you go just go talk to the gym leader and see if you've gotten it) if you have it shell talk about new bark town and how its going to be harder from now on.

In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Dratini and its evolved form, Dragonair, can be found in the biggest room on the Fourth floor if you fish with the Key Item 'Super Rod'.

In Soul Silver and Heart Gold, you can find a Dratini in Dragon's Den in Blackthorn City. Dratini evolve on level 30, and if you use your super rod you can find a level 40. If you use your good rod, then you can find level 20.

you find it in the 4th floor of mt coronet, near the water fall. you use the super rod to get it. the catch rate is 30% and it took me a long time to finally find it. i went through 3 gyarados, 1whiscash and my dratini. it's a girl and at level 20. but yours can be 17-25. hope this helped.

You can get one at the Celedon City Game Corner or you can go to the Safari Zone. I would recommend a super rod. You can get one from the Fishing Guru who is next to the game warden in Fuchsia City.

In order to get Dragonite, you first need to get either a Dratini or Dragonair and level them up to the point so that Dratini becomes Dragonair and then Dragonite or in the case of Dragonair, so that it evolves into Dragonite. Dratini evolves into Dragonair at Level 30 and Dragonair evolves into Dragonite at Level 55. You can get a Dratini in the Dragn's Den and in the Safari Zone in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, you can find them in the bodies of water in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and you can find them behind the Waterfall in Mt. There are two ways. First, you can go to celadon city, and gamble for, or buy, coins. The building next to it is where you can exchange your coins. Talk to the middle person, and you can buy a dratini. You can also go to the safari zone in fucharia city, and some can be found there.

Dratini can be found Surfing in the water in the Dragon's Den, behind Clair's gym in Blackthorn City.

After passing the initiation test to get your eighth gym badge, you can talk to the old man at the north wall to get a Dratini for free at level 15. If you answered the old man's questions compassionately, the Dratini will know extremespeed, a move it will not normally ever learn. If you just answered the questions randomly, it will just be another normal Dratini.
