ok you go to island 4,5,or 6 one of them lets you surf to the left of the island you go up then you go left once you cant go up anymore when you go left there will be a guy on this little piece of land and he gives you an egg ( the egg has togepi but you have to have one spot empty and a Pokemon that really likes you in front) then he will give it to you
