fuel pump relay is behind left hand trim panel in the wagon section
I would check and see how much compression you have wet and dry and start from there
sorry to hear your problem .. i had similar problems .. try changing your front stabilizer's bush or change the whole bar ..

Starter relay is located under the bonnet in the main fuse box. It is purple in mine. There should be a pattern on top of the box to show you which relay it is.
On a 4.5 petrol it is mounted under the air intake manafold
