However, I'm not sure where the Electrizer is, but when I figure it out, I'll let you know! ;)
Apperently the electrizer is in cerulean cave i have not yet found it there but i hver heard its there

is it magnemizer or magmarizer? if magmarizer, you can also do this: once u've obtained hm08(rock climb) from prof. oak( after getting all 16 badges from both regions... he will ask you to go to mt. silver) go to cinnabar island and use rock climb there... if you follow the correct path to use the rock climb... you will reach the magmarizer... hope this helped! :)
