When looking at it all you will see is a hose going into the engine with a hose clamp open the hose clamp with a pair of pliers pull the hose back, and there is the PVC Valve you may need to use a flat tip screw driver to get it out. To install the new one all you do is push it in, it should go with little effort then put the hose back on. Doing this will aid to lessen your fuel consumption.
