Follow the plug wires form the spark plugs. If they go to a cylinder then that's the cap. It should unbolt out or have fasteners. It could be a DIS distrbutorless ignition system. Meaning the plug wires go into a square block which is the ignition coil assembly. These systems do not have a cap and rotor.

Most are located behind the glovebox. Look in your owners manual, they usually show you how to acess and change.

It is located inside the distributor under the rotor,but replacements are almost impossible to find. You will most likely have to buy the whole distributor.
