Where is the distributor cap located in a 1998 Nissan Frontier and how do you change it out?

Follow the plug wires form the spark plugs. If they go to a cylinder then that's the cap. It should unbolt out or have fasteners. It could be a DIS distrbutorless ignition system. Meaning the plug wires go into a square block which is the ignition coil assembly. These systems do not have a cap and rotor.
