most likely the solenoid on the starter or could be a key switch problem doesn't sound like a battery problem
check the rotor botton in the dizzy
try checking the alternator try charging the battery with a car battery charger or getting a jump from a friend's car to get it to turn over
No, You do not need a key fob to start a car. When starting a car, you put the key in the ignition and turn. Power comes from car battery, not from the key fob battery!
your alternator may have went out so the car was running on the battery, once the battery died..... so did the car.
Refers to the battery in the car key! So it means you will need a new battery in the electronic key.
with the key... or a slim Jim Key is not working at the door
car batteries
To unlock a keyless entry car with a dead battery, you can check for a physical key hidden within the key fob, which can often be used in the driver's door lock. If your car has a manual keyhole, insert the key to unlock the door. Alternatively, you can jump-start the car’s battery or use a portable battery booster to power the key fob and unlock the doors. If these methods are not viable, contacting a locksmith or your car's manufacturer for assistance may be necessary.
Read the owners manual that came with the car. Key battery replacement details are in there.
Use the key to unlock it. The key is manually activated. Only the keyless entries will not work when the battery is dead.
Make sure that car has gas in it. Then check if the starter.

the only way to start a car when the remote key is dead is to start it by putting the key into the ignition.
If you keep the key on your ATV on for two days, the battery will probably go dead and need a charge or jump start.
