Where is the starter in a Chevy Corsica?

the starter is on the passenger side of the engine compartment under the vehicle is the way to access it . First remove neg battery cable . then go to the starter itself and remove the pos bat cable and starter solenoid wire inspect the back of starter to see if a support bracket is installed remove the bracket as necessary. next remove the two 9/16 head bolts and dropthe starter . also there may be a stiffiner stut in the way that may have to be removed as well

follow the positive battery lead under the front of the car. I think it is almost directly behind the grill but lower, very easy to spot

4 cylinder--look at the bottom of engine behind radiator 6 cylinder--look at rear of engine lower end Follow + battery cable

The 1987 Chevrolet Caprice starter can be found on the right hand side of the engine. The starter will be at the back of the engine, near the bottom.

I can not find the starter relay fuse on my caprice. I turn the key all the lights come on but that's it I checked the starter it works. no passkey light.
