the municipal government is the best at democracy because of its closer link and knowledge of the people. the municipal government can easily cater to the citizens needs because it has so little people to care for. to top it off, municipal politicians are elected by the people according to different sections of a city; a candidate is elected per section. last but not least, citizens can more easily and freely participate in the municipal governments' plans and ideas.

The government is made up of three branches; executive, legislative and judiciary. The legislative branch is closes to the people because they have the house of representatives, which is made up of representatives for different groups of the people.

the judicial branch
A constitution is a legal written document that lays down the principles and procedures of the organs for a government to function and uphold the economic, social, and political ideology as aspiration of its people. In a Democratic setup as in the USA there are three organs of a government, which are all kept in check and balance by the other two accountable to the people. The Legislative branch is made up of two houses, the Senate and the House of Representatives. The Senate is made up of two elected officials from every state. The House of Reps is made up by 435 elected officials. These officials are voted in by states as well, but the number of officials that each state gets to vote on is determined by the population of that state. The legislative branch's job is to make laws. The legislative branch is checked by the Exectutive branch and the Judicial branch. Any laws made by the legislative branch have to go to the executive branch to be passed. And once the laws are passed the Judicial Branch can declare those laws to be unconstitutional and disregard them. The executive branch is made up of the President, Vice-president, and many other members of the presidencial cabinet. The executive branches job is to enforce laws passed by congress. The executive branch is checked by congress because even if the executive branch does not sign a bill, the legislative branch can vote to still pass the law. They need 2/3 of the officalls to vote to pass the law. The executive branch also appoints judges to serve in the judicial brnach and those appointments have to be accepted by the legislative branch. The judicial branch is made up by supreme court justices, or judges. They make sure that laws passed by the legislative and exectutive branch are constitutional. The judicial brnach is checked because the members have to be appointed by both the legislative and executive branch. Every nation has its written constitution agreed by the people and protected by the head of the state to guarantee the principles and procedures written for the government to function.
