I am not sure what the question meant when it said "Technical".
Anyways, there is a Microsoft program that I know used to create drawings. It's called Paint. I have drawn lots of pictures with it and overall, I think it's pretty good.
There are lots of tools there which you can use. You can also edit pictures that you uploaded from your camera. In conclusion, I think Paint is a good Microsoft drawing Program.
illustration software
autocad and revit are the program used for technical drawing
-Google SketchUp is the best program I've seen for 3D drawing on the PC -As for hand drawing, Isometric drawings are the easiest to represent a 3D house :D
Google Sketch-Up is a Google program that is basically Microsoft Paint in a more complicated way. I would definitely not recommend it.
To be honest I really don't know, so I was hoping someone out there could explain to me, [or better yet tell me] does a graphics pad let you animate your drawings. Answer B): Actually no you would need another software program to in order to do that; a graphics pad is nothing more but a mouse with extra features; sorry. I actually got this answer from an expert from another site.

There are several different programs you can use to make a document. Examples include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, OpenOffice Writer, and many others.
Information about creating a circle graph may be found in the Tools section of the Microsoft Office program. If one does not have that program on their computer, one may go to the website Map Playground for instructions.
You can do this by creating your own background on Microsoft Paint or any other graphics program.
