I'd have to guess the fact only the states had power, and central congress didn't really have any. (The states argued about it as well)
Because, the laws were not ethical, and would have hindered the united States success at becoming a nation.
If nine and not all of the states had not ratified the Articles of Confederation, the new nation would not be guaranteed success.
It created a stronger federal government that would be superior in many but not all ways to the state governments. The Articles of Confederation simply created a loos conglomeration of the states each acting as if it were a country of its own. In many ways the states could not get along with one another, such as in areas of interstate commerce. Something had to be done to make the states co-operate with one another so the stronger federal system was created.
Any answer to this must be very subjective: you will get different answers from different people. My vote goes to his painting Les demoiselles d'Avignon, which gave Modernism a new direction. My second choice would be Guernica.Click link below to see Les demoiselles d'Avignon.

The largest success of the Articles would be how they turned provinces, that were not organized, into well organized ones, with hopes of making them into states. However this did not do well because in order to make them a state, all 13 states had to agree. Another large success was the land battle was solved. The states with a lot of land gave up their land to the government so that all of the states could share the wealth. Hope this helps =)
The main successes of the Articles of Confederation was the steps it took toward the constitution and national unity. It was the first document binding the colonies together. It was a necissary step between complete state independence to a written constituion. It helped create unity because it showed what needed to be changed when the constitution was written.
