u hav 2 get da red orb from mr.Pokemon. to get the red orb(SS) or blue orb(HG) you have to get all 16 badges, defeat Pokemon trainer red in mt.silver then go talk to mr Pokemon to get da orb then u go to, i beleve rt.47...im not sure bout da route tho

∙ 12y agoYou must trade anyone who has soul silver and has caught groudon. Then if you have kyogre, show them both to professor oak, And he will give you the jade orb. With the jade orb, you can go back to the embeded tower to catch Rayquaza.
