Definetly Rukia because Orihime is always and I mean ALWAYS being protected you rarely see her have blood gushing out. She sucks at fighting ,so unlike Orihime Rukia CAN fight, also Rukia took down a #9 espada and I think Orihime can't even take down a menos grande. well i don't believe that you hor i believe that orihime will get stronger some day and when she do i hope she kills you. and what are you talking about. it took rukia everything just to kill the #9 espada and she almost killed herself killing it because it had her best freinds powers and looks
