There is no Kingdom Hearts 3 at the moment, but there is the DS game 358/2 Days coming out in October, and Birth By Sleep for the PSP which is TBA. 358/2 Days: focuses on Roxas' life when he was with the organization. Birth By Sleep/BBS: 10 Years before the first game, and focuses on 3 new characters; Terra, Ven, and Aqua.

There are at least four people in helmets in BBS. If you are talking about the guy with the red and black helmet then that is the Dark Soldier and not much is known about him yet. If you are talking about the trio of people with bronze helmets, they are Keyblade Wielders and their names are Ventus "Ven", Aqua, and Terra.
