Scientifically speaking, nobody made it. It formed according to the laws of physics from the same huge cloud of gas and dust that formed the rest of the solar system, long before there were any people.

Theologically speaking, most religions and mythologies have answers to how the Earth, and the universe came to be, and how humans and all the other lifeforms came to be.

For Judeo-Christian theology, it is the Biblical story from Genesis, that God created the heavens and the Earth, and man and all the other living things on our planet.

Islamic theology says pretty much the same thing (there are differences in the details, but the broad picture is the same).

Other religions say other things. Norse mythology, for example, has the Earth form out of the body of a dead giant.

Another answer: Geologists and similar professions consider the Earth is the accumulated debris from the explosion of a Nova. Its rotation is the net sum of the rotations of the contributing bodies.
