Bosch's "The Garden of Earthly Delights" illustrates the consequences of bodily sins. In parts of the painting, people are shown indulging in the sins of the flesh, including gluttony and promiscuity. In the final part of the painting, they are paying for their sins in hell, where demons are torturing them.
No known patron is known though it was thought to have been commisioned by a weathly nobel at the time. It was however thought to be owned by Henry the thrid of Nassu shortly after Bosch's death.
