Land in the evil forest is given to the men of the church, so that the 'spirits' may drive them out. This idea does not work and instead the church flourishes in the evil forest, the churchmen even rescuing abandoned twins when they are dumped in the forest by the native tribe.
He thought that everyone should be able to read and interpret The Bible. This belief went against the teachings of the Catholic Church, in which only clergy could interpret The Bible.
Essentially he took the center of the cosmos and changed it from everything circling the Earth, to everything circling the sun. While not the first to propose this, he was the first to have his incantation of this idea spread widely. He did not change from the idea of crystalline spheres or remove epicycles and deferents. He used circular motion, not ellipses (that wouldn't happen until Kepler). It was a radical proposition nonetheless and it was rejected as incorrect or even heresy for quite some time.
There are no Communist leaders. Communism is a classless moneyless society that can only be established by class-conscious workers who have rejected the idea of leaders.

The philosopher who rejected the idea that the mind is separable from the body is RenΓ© Descartes. He believed in the concept of mind-body dualism, which posits that the mind and body are distinct substances that can exist separately.
The first is the idea that was adopted by the western church that the Holy Spirit proceeded from both the Father and The Son. This was unacceptable to the Eastern church as it confused the identity of the Holy Spirit with that of Jesus. The second major doctrinal difference is that in the Eastern church all bishops are equal but in the Latin church the Pope is considered superior to all other bishops. Around these two issues the church split. There are a large number of other doctrinal issues which subsequently arose in history, as the Latin church came to believe that new doctrines could be formulated. This idea of reformulating or inventing new doctrine was rejected by the Eastern church. Many of these newer ideas adopted as articles of faith such as the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the idea of Papal Infallibility and so on have driven an ever deeper wedge between these section of the church. This is manifest in the non acceptance by many Orthodox leaders that the Latin Church is a church at all, and that the Pope is a bishop.
This very much depends on your church. The word deacon is derived from the greek word that means servant (as in a waiter at a restaurant). This indicates that deacons are to serve the church. Churches get this idea from the argument in the church recorded in Acts 6. In this story, the apostles appointed deacons to serve the church so the apostles could concern themselves with other matters. This should give an idea of what deacons do. They take care of things in the church so that the other leaders can focus on spreading the word.
I have no idea about Leaders but if you meant litres, then the answer is 900.
Its very polite. Removing your hat in church was a Catholic idea and has nothing to do with politeness. The church was seen as being more sacred than other buildings. Protestants rejected this as superstitious and during the Reformation many refused to remove their hats as a sign of protest (see www.historum.com for more info)
Charles X was a strong believer in absolutism and rejected the very idea of the charter.
Richard Smoley (Forbidden Faith) tells us that the early Church Father, Origen taught of reincarnation and that it was never specifically rejected by the Church, although many Christian theologians have dismissed or derided it. Today it is often claimed that the doctrine was rejected by the Council of Nicaea in 325 CE or by the Council of Constantinople in 553, but neither of these dealt with the topic. So, reincarnation is not necessarily incompatible with Christianity or, by extension, Islam.
