You can find this information if you visit the official site of the Canadian Weather Office.

Then, click on "Ottawa" on the map.

From left hand menu click on "Historical Weather."

From left hand menu click on "Climate Data Online."

From the GREEN highlighted "Search Options" menu change the "interval" from "hourly" to "daily."

On map click on "Ottawa."

The page that opens contains daily snowfall and provides a total at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately this page only seems to get updated every three days.

In order to get a season's accumulation you must get each month's data sheet seperately and add the totals.
