Easy one , you have a bad starter. The brushes need to be replaced if your handy enough to rebuild it yourself or have a friend that can, or just replace the whole starter for way more money.
You need to charge your battery or get a jump. Replace the battery or have it checked because it is dead.
A good possibility would be a dead battery.
clean the battery terminals with baking soda and water. them jump it
i was told buy Ricky Stator for my 2000 Yamaha 350 warrior and i think its the same for yours is green to brown=300 ohms red to white=500 ohms its your stator, i had the same problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the most likely cause is a flat battery and or dirty battery terminals check all electrical connections from battery to starter (hope this helps)
Likely low battery- the click is the starter solenoid trying to pull in, but not enough current to turn the starter motor. If it will start with a jump, either battery or charging system needs attention.
There's nowhere on a warrior to put a kick start on. You can get a pull start if it doesn't already have one. You can get it at your Yamaha dealer.
Bad battery, starting motor or both.
dead battery
It could be a dead battery.
Battery is dead.
It's probably your starter or maybe the sellonoid. Easy to check which it is.
This is often from a dead battery.

Your battery is low. You probably has to replace the battery. Or maybe the starter motor solonoid is faulty

Check your battery connections. If they're tight and no corrosion is present, then your battery may be dead. Recharge or jump start the battery. Still clicking? Replace the starter.
