Overheating will blow the head gasket and/or warp the cylinder head. In the worst scenario, the cylinder head probably cracked and allowing water to get into the piston(s) which is probably why the vehicle won't start. If you are going to do the work yourself, be sure and take the cylinder head to a machine shop and have it pressure tested for leaks and also have it resurfaced.
Most likely a blown head gasket. Or if you own a GM it's probably the intake manifold gaskets. There is a class action law suit that has been settled , but getting any cash will be a chore. I have a 96 GMC and just changed them for the second time.
No, Head Start was started under President Lyndon B. Johnson.
It depends. Head Start almost always follows the same schedule as the public schools, but some are open and some are closed on Veteran's Day. To know if a particular Head Start is closed on Veterans Day, you should call the Local Head Start office.
The State Head Start office address is: Oklahoma Head Start State Collaboration Office OKACAA 605 Centennial Boulevard Edmond, OK 73013

The car will start but it will run rough and will probably overheat and cause worse problems.
Probably not, although it could lead to other problems which would cause your car not to start.
Attached. During the developing stages of a baby, earlobes can fuse to the head, and this is extremely likely. However, there is an extremely painful infection where the cells that make up the bit of flesh that fuses your earlobes to your head start to die, eventually causing this link to crumble away.
