after getting a cold drink your body temperature decreases so your heart should beat harder to pump the blood faster in order to maintain the natural body temperature and it increases your metabolism which eventually causes you to sweat more and it makes you feel uncomfortable as your body has to work more.

Why does a cold pop can sweat on a hot day?

When a cold pop can is exposed to a hot day, the air around the can is warmer than the temperature of the drink inside. This temperature difference causes moisture in the air to condense on the cold surface of the can, leading to the formation of water droplets or "sweating" on the outside of the can.
