When Goku came to earth he was originally evil. But he fell on his head and it changed him in some way and made him the way he his. If someone were to hit him in the head a certain way, then it is possible that he would regain the evil part of him that he lost and destroy the world.

To achieve power greater than any other being alive. Sora had fought riku and beat him but then riku became ansem. After sora beat ansem he was sealed in the realm of darkness. But...If you Are talking About KH2 Then Well...He Didn't Turn Bad He Just Turn Into Xhannenhort To Use The Power Of Darkness...
